Multivariate analysis confirmed that the persistence of non- DTA mutations during complete remission conferred significant independent prognostic value with respect to the rates of relapse (hazard ratio, 1.89 P<0.001), relapse-free survival (hazard ratio for relapse or death, 1.64 P=0.001), and overall survival (hazard ratio for death, 1.64 P=0.003). 58.1% hazard ratio for relapse or death, 1.92 P<0.001) and overall survival (41.9% vs. 31.9% hazard ratio, 2.14 P<0.001), as well as with lower rates of relapse-free survival (36.6% vs. After the exclusion of persistent DTA mutations, the detection of molecular minimal residual disease was associated with a significantly higher relapse rate than no detection (55.4% vs. The detection of persistent DTA mutations (i.e., mutations in DNMT3A, TET2, and ASXL1), which are often present in persons with age-related clonal hematopoiesis, was not correlated with an increased relapse rate. Mutations persisted in 51.4% of those patients during complete remission and were present at various allele frequencies (range, 0.02 to 47%). ResultsĪt least one mutation was detected in 430 out of 482 patients (89.2%). End points were 4-year rates of relapse, relapse-free survival, and overall survival. Targeted next-generation sequencing was carried out at diagnosis and after induction therapy (during complete remission). We conducted a study involving patients 18 to 65 years of age who had newly diagnosed AML. Next-generation sequencing enables the detection of molecular minimal residual disease in virtually every patient, but its clinical value for the prediction of relapse has yet to be established. Patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) often reach complete remission, but relapse rates remain high. 4/25/2023 0 Comments Opus domini review![]() The contextual menu of events selected in the Daily Scheduler area provides a tool that I personally find quite useful: the Meeting Planner. Although in the Daily Tasks view you can clearly distinguish between events related to these areas, the calendar view does not make such a distinction and I believe this is an oversight. The other three categories are intended to help you make long term plans and establish goals that will optimize your work and improve your performance, on both personal and professional level. ![]() If the “Show Weather in Week View” box is checked in the Preferences, you will also be able to see the weather forecast for each day. The Master Task tab helps you deal with long term projects and gives you the possibility to make plans for the next 1/5/7 days, for weekends, months or view the calendar for the entire year. ![]() The same area allows you to change the time style and make week length related adjustments. If you do not want to have a cluttered schedule you can choose in the Opus Domini Preferences window which calendars you want hidden. The interesting part is that Opus Domini supports iCal integration and any modification you make to your calendars, one way or the other, will be instantly visible in both applications. The only problem I detected when doing so was related to moving a scheduled task to another date: the item was indeed moved as far as the tasks list was concerned, but it remained displayed in the Daily Scheduler for the initial date. Once a task is created it can be easily scheduled (set a certain start and ending time in the Daily Scheduler) for the current date or moved to another through a simple drag and drop. The contextual menu of each task allows you to set its status (Normal, Completed, In Progress, Delegate, Forward - which will move the selected one to a date of your choice, but you can also move all of them to the current date Scheduled), delete it, add notes to it, send it to Master Tasks or Re-Sort all of them. In the Daily Tasks tab you will be able to see the calendar for the current month (and browse to any other), view/add/edit/sort the tasks for the current date or for the one you have chosen from the calendar, organize your daily schedule and write your own observations in the right side of the main window. I am sure that you will have no problem finding your way around the Opus Domini interface even though some of its features are not so forthcoming. Via the Preferences you can choose to password protect the application both on launch and when unhidden: unfortunately the feature works only in the first case. On the other hand, it is very useful if you want to keep your desktop uncluttered or quickly hide your schedule from prying eyes. The function should not be enabled at all times since you can drag and drop images, text, tables and so on from another app. The main window cannot be resized but you can choose to hide it altogether when you switch to another application. ![]() On the left side of the main window you can see vertical tags for each category (Daily Tasks, Master Tasks, Compass, Goals and Mission) and the switch between them will be animated, together with sound, in order to create the effect of a real organizer. The first thing you notice at launch is the beautiful, leather planner like design that looks so familiar for so many users. Still, my planners also contained an area for contacts which unfortunately is missing from the application: Address Book integration should do the trick while eliminating the use of yet another application (no worries though: this is already in the next features pool, so it will probably be added soon). Opus Domini not only allows you to monitor your day to day routine, but also gives you the possibility to keep in mind the long term tasks and goals while staying in touch with the outside world through the built-in weather tracker. There are numerous planners out there that try to give you the tools to stay organized and efficient, but Opus Domini stands out thanks to its beautiful design and simplicity of concept: everyone knows and feels comfortable using a classic agenda. Opus Domini is designed to give the same comfort while eliminating the chore of carrying around voluminous agendas. Planners have become a symbol of security in our hectic life: everything will be ok as long as you have your organizer and stick to the program. 4/25/2023 0 Comments Ellie downie fall![]() Unlike football, hard and fast head trauma rules are less regimented in most other sports. Whether she should have been able to return so quickly is a viable question. In the end, that didn’t keep Downie from returning to competition, and playing a critical role in helping land Great Britain a spot in the team finals, competing a pair of vaults as the team’s strongest vaulter. Hearing a crunch and being forced to sit in a wheelchair would certainly indicate a potentially serious neck or head injury. She popped up from the head-roll quickly and attempted to continue her artistic routine, but thought better of it moments later and walked off the mat. Notably, when interviewed after Great Britain was done competing, she told journalists, “I heard a crunch and they put me in a wheelchair.” With Great Britain’s women’s gymnastics team chasing a spot in the women’s team qualification round, one of the squad’s star gymnasts, 17-year-old Elissa “Ellie” Downie, was injured in a scary tumbling crash. ![]() That’s not necessarily the case in gymnastics, which was laid bare on the international scale on Sunday night in Brazil. QUICK TAPS: The next step is to practice quick taps of the strafe button. This will allow you to move quickly and change direction easily. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your weight on the balls of your feet. Either way, we likely won’t know unless the developers come out and state why. If youve been out of the Apex loop, tap-strafing is a movement technique that lets you swiftly perform a hard, mid-air turn without sacrificing momentum. Its the sort of thing that you see pulled off at higher levels of play on PC, though its not quite the way Respawn wants its game to be played. In todays video I wanted to teach you how to tap strafe in Apex Legends. THE BASIC MOVEMENT: To tap strafe in real life, you'll need to start with the basics of movement. The popular theory is that the controversial maneuver is the byproduct of Apex Legend’s physics and momentum engine and that removing it causes other problems. Apex Legends Best Fov Pc The best FOV for PC players is generally anywhere from 90 to 105. ![]() Respawn, of course, wouldn’t divulge any information as to what those side effects might be, but that hasn’t rampant speculation. It is strongly recommended to do so as using your W key on. It is still our intention to address some of the most egregious use-cases of tap-strafing, but for now we are delaying our planned change to a later patch. One of the best ways to make tap strafing easier is by binding your W key to your mouse scroll wheel. The team has recently discovered some unexpected side effects of our planned changes to tap-strafing. After further testing, we’ve concluded we need to take more time to get this right to make sure related movement mechanics aren’t caught in the cross-fire.” We weigh every change to these systems carefully and value feedback. Respawn continued: “Movement is sacred in Apex. “It is still our intention to address some of the most egregious use-cases of tap-strafing, but for now, we are delaying our planned change to a later patch.” “The Apex Legends team has recently discovered some unexpected side effects of our planned changes to tap-strafing,” Respawn Entertainment said in a statement on Twitter. At least not with patch 10.1 as was initially planned. 4/25/2023 0 Comments Lone wolf assault ii hang on stand![]() ![]() ![]() When you leave, there’s no trace left to expose your hotspot. You’re up and hunting in minutes, no steps, no sticks. And why not? As long as there are straight-trunked trees free of large lower branches handy, a climber has huge advantages. I do at least half of my deer hunting from a climbing stand. How to Hunt Deer with a Climbing Tree Stand A climbing stand lets you shimmy up a tree without sticks or steps. Enlist a friend to help carry stuff in, hand stuff up, and trim shooting lanes while you direct him from above.Use a rangefinder to ensure that your tree is within range of the best trails and shooting lanes.Use a thicker pull-up rope if your stand weighs more than 15 pounds.Use a sharp step as an auger for any dull ones.Sharpen dull tree steps with a file or grinding wheel (at your own risk, of course).Pole Saw: Essential for any long-term set that needs to be thoroughly brushed out.In fact, like a lot of hunters, I’m using sticks over steps more and more. Four Climbing Sticks: If I need to hang a stand fast, I’ll use these instead of steps.Neither of these items fit in my fanny pack, so I keep them always handy in the truck: Trail Markers: API’s Trail Marking Tacks glow in a flashlight beam and are perfect for marking entry trails to morning setups.Wind Check: To double-check thermal flows or unique wind currents from a hung stand.Compass: Nothing fancy needed here just a simple, sturdy unit for determining proper wind directions.Folding Saw: Zipping through larger branches is easy with a quality hand-held saw.Pruning Shears: I like a bypass style that can lop off a finger-thick limb.Life Line: A stout rope that runs from the ground to your hung stand, with a sliding Prussic knot (see “Get a Life Line” below).(This is why I like a roomy fanny pack, so my harness will fit with all the other stuff.) Safety Harness: I have one in my hunting pack and another in my stand-hanging kit so I am never without protection.Rope: I always have several 25- to 30-foot sections of rope handy for pulling up a stand, a pack, a bow, or a gun.(Even when I’m using climbing sticks to hang a stand, I still like to have a few steps handy for hand-holds or in case I want to go a little higher.) Steps: I wrap enough steps for one setup (about 12 steps for me) in strips of cloth to keep them from clinking and clanking. 4/25/2023 0 Comments Analog efex pro torrenta box appeared which gave the option of installing the plug-in to a particular program. With this in mind, the Valknut may have been a symbol that was used as part of Seidr magic rituals to send those that had not died in battle to Valhalla. To that end, it was not unusual for the Vikings to stab those dying of illness, or place a sword in their hand after death, in order to trick Odin and his Valkyries into thinking that the warrior had died in battle. The Vikings believed that no matter how noble a life you lived, or how courageous a warrior you were, you had to die in battle to be taken to Valhalla, otherwise, you found yourself in another of the Norse afterlives. But for this purpose, it may also have been a magical symbol used as part of Seidr magic. I also think that this may have been a symbol that marked the dead as living in Valhalla. The association with not just death, but Odin, points in this direction. It is my view that the Valknut should be associated with Valhalla, the warrior afterlife where all Vikings hoped to find themselves. The symbol has also been associated with ecstatic Seidr magic, of which Odin was a master. ![]() The nine points of the triangle have been associated with the nine worlds of Norse mythology, and the three interconnected triangles have been said to reflect the connection between Earth, Heaven and Hell. Some scholars have suggested that it was a symbol for reincarnation, others that it protected the dead soul against evil. Several theories have been suggested for the meaning of the Valknut. Nevertheless, most scholars have dismissed this interpretation in favour of an association with Odin. This also makes sense within the context of death, and Hrungnir was a spirit of night, winter, darkness and the grave. He describes the heart as made from stone and having three sharp corners. It has also been suggested that the Valknut is Hrungnir’s Heart, a symbol that Snurri Sturluson mentioned in the Prose Edda. Use The Discount Code The Valknut and Hrungnir’s Heart This was a reference to the story of Odin hanging himself from Yggdrasil, the Tree of Life, for nine days and nine nights pierced by his own spear in order to gain the knowledge of the runes. This is another reference to Odin, as the Vikings often sacrificed their enemies to their god of war in this way. The two ravens are his companion ravens Huginn and Muninn (thought and memory).īehind the burial mound there is also shown a warrior hanging from a tree. The man with the spear is almost certainly Odin, carrying his enchanted spear Gungnir. Standing nearby is a man with a spear, accompanied by another raven. The stone shows the image of the Valknut above what seems to be a burial mound, and below a raven. The Gotland memorial stone is the best example of an association between Odin and the Valknut. There they were said to drink, fight and make merry until the arrival of Ragnarok, when they would be called on to fight again, this time alongside the gods in the final battle. The Vikings also believed that warriors who died bravely in battle were taken by Odin’s servants, the Valkyrie, to live in Valhalla, Odin’s hall in Asgard. Odin was the god of war and was thought to be responsible for granting victory or causing defeat. Similar symbols also appear on contemporary Anglo-Saxon funeral urns and on the grave goods of some Germanic people closely related to the Vikings, confirming the association between the Valknut symbol and death.īut more than being associated with just death, it appears to have been associated with a warrior’s death, as the Valknut almost always appears alongside images of Odin, or symbols of Odin. ![]() It appears on a pictorial memorial stone found on the Swedish island of Gotland, and on grave goods included in the Oseberg ship burial in Norway, where it is inscribed on a bedpost, and appears on a tapestry, though the surviving image is extremely fragmentary. The Valknut and the DeadĮxamples of the Valknut mainly survive on a number of Viking runestones, and in association with burials. This name was chosen as the Valknut appears to be associated with the dead, and with Odin, the god of war and the dead. It combines the words for slain warrior, “valr”, and knot “knut”, to mean “knot of slain warriors”. The name Valknut is not a traditional Viking name, but a modern Norwegian title given to the symbol. It is generally though that these are variations of the same symbol, as archaeologically, they appear in the same contexts. The Borromean form is three interlocking but separate triangles, while the unicursal form is drawn using a single line. It is known from the Viking world in two forms. The Valknut symbol involves three interlocking triangles. 4/24/2023 0 Comments Final oplc payment rate![]() The ARC-CO benchmark (BM) prices for the 2020 crop year were $3.70 per bushel for corn, $9.25 per bushel for soybeans, and $5.50 per bushel for wheat. A majority of producers have chosen the price-based, Price Loss coverage (PLC) program on crop base acres for corn, wheat and other crops for 2018-2021, while the county yield-based Ag Risk Coverage (ARC-CO) farm program choice has been more popular for soybean base acres.
